Some women go through perimenopause as early as mid 30s. WHAT?????? That was a big shocker for me. So how do you know if you are going through perimenopause and what should you do about it?

5. Sleep Disturbances: Many women experience difficulties with sleep during perimenopause, including insomnia, waking up frequently during the night, or difficulty falling asleep.
