Hello all!! I’m Christina and I’m born and bred near Madison, WI. I’ll be 42 in July and have two kiddos who are 7 and 4. My main goal is to continue to train 5-6 times a week (mainly I hit strength and cardio together, but also try to do at least 1 or 2 days of just straight strength and 1 day of just all out cardio). Also really want to dial in on learning about what my body needs in this season of life!
Hi everyone. I’m Molly from Minneapolis. I’ll be 53 next month and my goals are to work on my mobility and strength in 2024. I’ve done more cardio in the last several years and need to add more strength in.
